i feel so bad..

i feel so bad for myself for always saying 'NO'.. I hate it when I decided not to go along with something.. It have always been 'NO' to going out with friends, 'NO' to making stupid decisions
and even 'NO' to speaking what's on my mind..

i was hoping that i would make my 2009 be a 'YES' year.. 'YES' to going shopping or hanging out, rather than rejecting their offer.. 'YES' to telling my parents what i exactly feel.. 'YES' to risk and chances..

If only i have the guts and strength.. Bummer..
